FMV avser upphandla ett ramavtal med en leverantör för konsulttjänster inom området Användbarhet och HFI. Ramavtalsperiod 2 år med möjlighet till option ytterligare 5 år som kan utlösas vid ett eller flera tillfällen (totalt max 7 år). Uppskattad omfattning 159 miljoner SEK (avtalsperiod inkl optionsperioder). Tak 191 miljoner SEK. Avropsberättigade parter: FMV och Försvarsmakten.
