Description
Kilpailutuksella perustetaan monen palveluntuottajan puitejärjestely, josta hankintayksikkö voi hankkia asiantuntijapalveluita tukemaan Helsingin Metron liikenteenohjausjärjestelmään kohdistuvien muutosten määrittelyä, suunnittelua, toteutusta, tarkastusta ja vastaanottoa. Merkittävä osuus palveluista kohdistuu tukemaan uuden junien kulunvalvontajärjestelmän (ATC) toteutusta, joka mahdollistaa siirtymisen puoliautomaattiseen operointiin ja 120 sekunnin operatiiviseen vuoroväliin. Hankinnan kohteena olevat palvelut sisältävät myös muiden metron liikenteenohjausjärjestelmän muutosten tukemista. Puitejärjestely koostuu seuraavista osa-alueista: 1. Projektinhallintapalvelut 2.
