Dublin City Council is undertaking a comprehensive programme of organisational transformation aimed at enhancing service delivery and customer experience across its full range of services. As part of this effort, Dublin City Council is seeking professional service design and design thinking support to strengthen the capacity and impact of its Service Delivery Team.
