Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια λευκού, φρέσκου, αγελαδινού, παστεριωμένου γάλακτος με 3,5% κατ'ελάχιστον λιπαρά για τους δικαιούχους υπαλλήλους (στους οποίους παρέχονται τα Μέσα Ατομικής Προστασίας) του Δήμου Θεσσαλονίκης και των νομικών προσώπων του καθώς και για τις ανάγκες των παιδιών που φιλοξενούνται από τους Παιδικούς Σταθμούς του Δήμου Θεσσαλονίκης και τα νομικά πρόσωπά του για δύο (2) έτη π.δ. 2.024.193,76 € με το Φ.Π.Α. 13% και τη ρήτρα αναπροσαρμογής
