Le présent marché a pour objet des travaux de menuiseries intérieures en bois / Cloisons sèches - Faux-plafonds / Peinture – Nettoyage dans la cadre de l'opération de construction d'une halle de marché transitoire à Bois-Colombes. Le marché est conclu à prix global et forfaitaire. La valeur totale estimée de ce marché était inférieure au seuil fixé par l'article 4 de la directive 2014/24/CE. Par conséquent, le marché ne relève pas du champ d'application de la directive précitée et n'est donc pas soumis à publication préalable au JOUE. L'article 27 du décret français n°2016-360 du 25 mars 2016 a été appliqué
