Description
Le présent marché a pour objet des travaux relatif à l'opération de construction d'une halle de marché transitoire à Bois-Colombes. Le marché est divisé en 8 lots ci-après : Lot 1 : Gros oeuvre - VRD / Chape - Carrelage - Faïence Lot 2 : Charpente - FOB et bardage bois Lot 3 : Couverture zinc structurale Lot 4 : Murs rideaux et menuiseries extérieures en aluminium - Serrurerie Lot 5 : Menuiseries intérieures en bois / Cloisons sèches - Faux-plafonds / Peinture - Nettoyage Lot 6 : Ascenseur Lot 7 : Chauffage - Ventilation - Plomberie sanitaire Lot 8 : Électricité - Courants forts et faibles Chacun des lots sont conclus à prix global et forfaitaire. La valeur totale estimée de ce marché était inférieure au seuil fixé par l'article 4 de la directive 2014/24/CE. Par conséquent, le marché ne relève pas du champ d'application de la directive précitée et n'est donc pas soumis à publication préalable au JOUE. L'article 27 du décret français n°2016-360 du 25 mars 2016 a été appliqué
