La procédure a été lancé par le biais d'une procédure adaptée et été allotie de la manière suivante : Lot 1 : VRD - ASSAINISSEMENT - TERRASSEMENTS- MOBILIER - JEUX - REVETEMENTS SOLS – EQUIPEMENTS SPORTIFS, SERRURERIE – ECLAIRAGE - ASPECT HYDRAULIQUE DE REMISE EN ETAT DE LA FONTAINE GROTTE, Lot 2 : ESPACES VERTS – PLANTATIONS – ARROSAGE AUTOMATIQUE Les marchés sont conclus à prix global et forfaitaire. Les marchés seront exécutoires à compter de leur date de notification. Le délai global d’exécution des travaux est de 10 mois - hors période de préparation (4 semaines) - à compter de la date figurant dans l’ordre de service de démarrage de la 1ère phase des travaux. Le présent marché a pour objet des travaux de travaux de réhabilitation/réaménagement complet du parc existant des Tourelles (dénommé officiellement Parc Franklin Roosevelt) et d'une partie des rues qui le bordent : Charles Duflos et Paul Déroulède.
