Description
Sverige har i dag inget nationellt beredskapslager för livsmedel, men en utredning kring nationell samordning av försörjningsberedskapen pågår. Utredningen exkluderar det grundläggande ansvar kommunen har avseende livsmedelsförsörjning. I Totalförsvarsbeslutet för 2021-2025 anges målen för civilt försvar. Ett av målen ”att upprätthålla en nödvändig försörjning” vilket innebär att kommunen ska säkerställa livsmedelsförsörjning för skola, vård och omsorg även vid höjd beredskap och krig. Kommunen strävar efter att förbättra sin beredskap genom att säkerställa tillgången på väsentliga förnödenheter, inklusive förvaringslösningar för livsmedel. Som en del av sitt åtagande för det civila försvaret, söker kommunen att upphandla specialiserade trelagers plastpåsar och plastlådor för att stödja sina ansträngningar att upprätthålla en nödvändig försörjning av livsmedel under tider av förhöjd beredskap och potentiell konflikt. Upphandlingen ska resultera i att en (1) Leverantör förser Linköpings kommun med de varor som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten
