Description
Kommunen har använt Formpipes W3D3 som centralt dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem för registrering, handläggning och nämndadministration sedan 2008 och sedan 2015 används Meetings Plus (också från Formpipe) som stöd i Mötesprocessen och som de förtroendevaldas primära verktyg. I W3D3 finns cirka 500 användare med roller som systemförvaltare, ärendesamordnare (registratorer, huvudregistratorer) och nämnd/kommunsekreterare). Antal handläggare uppskattas till mellan 2000-2500 och då systemet ska kunna användas för generell dokumenthantering och vara åtkomligt för alla medarbetare avser kommunen att upphandla en kommunlicens. Parallellt med det centrala diariet finns verksamhetssystem med inbyggda diariesystem inom några av förvaltningarna, varav de största är systemen ByggR och Ecos från Sokigo inom Miljö- och samhällsbyggnadsförvaltningen. Samtliga nämnders möten administreras i det centrala diariet, varför de ärenden som ska hanteras i Bygg- och miljönämnden registreras också i det centrala diariet tillsammans med de handlingar som utgör beslutsunderlag i ärendet.
