TU Dublin wishes to procure the service of a third party to provide an online training platform with the following capabilities 1. Provides online training courses. 2. Allows analysis of training statistics. 3. Allows edit and customisable course content. 4. Reflects the TU Dublin brand. 5. Complies with national legislation and automatically updates TU Dublin in the event of legislative change. 6. Allows automatic enrolment and testing facilities for course content. 7. Sends refresher enrolments. 8. Allows policy sign off and record retention. 9. Complies with Data protection; 10. Is compatible with existing Technological Services;
