Upphandlingar omfattar nybyggnad av vårdboende med 80 platser. Byggnaden har en yta på ca 8000 m2 uppdelat på 4 våningsplan med 2 avdelningar på varje plan, övriga verksamhetsytor samt källarplan med förråd och teknikutrymmen. Byggnaden ska förses med solceller. Till boendet hör även en utemiljö. Samtliga delar ska vara färdigställda för inflyttning 2026-09-01. Projektet kommer genomföras som en så kallad samverkansentreprenad i två faser, fas 1 - projektering och kalkyl, fas 2 - projektering och produktion.
