Description

Inbjudan att inkomma med ansökan om att lämna anbud avseende upphandling av Lösning för fastighetsinformation och teknisk förvaltning till Lejonfastigheter AB. Syftet är att anskaffa en användarvänlig och modern lösning som når effektmålen samt förväntningar i lösning beskrivna i Bilaga 3 Nuläges- och målbeskrivning. Lösningen ska innefatta en heltäckande teknisk lösning för både fastighetsinformation och teknisk förvaltning, som stöttar Lejonfastigheters långsiktiga strategi. Lejonfastigheter eftersträvar på sikt ett obrutet informationsflöde genom hela fastighetens livscykel. Lösningen ska bland annat inkludera en gemensam bas för fastighetsinformation samt ersätta befintlig systemlösning för teknisk förvaltning ”Xpand”.
