Lejonfastigheters upphandling av nybyggnation av Fenomenmagasinet! Entreprenaden omfattar nybyggnad för Fenomenmagasinet, en Science center verksamhet inom Linköping. Byggnaden möter verksamhetens behov och innefattar bland annat djurutställningar, experimentutställningar, salar för olika typer av undervisning samt personalutrymmen med snickeri, verkstad och kontor. Byggnaden uppförs i två plan med en entresol och påminner till gestaltningen av en gammal kvarnbyggnad för att harmonisera med områdets kulturvärden.
