Description
Projektet avser nyproduktion av 55 bostadsrättslägenheter med en BTA om ca 4 350 kvm. Bygglov har beviljats avseende fastigheternas storlek och exteriöra utseende. Genomförandet planeras ske som en totalentreprenad i enlighet med ABT 06. Preliminär byggstart är planerad till hösten 2026.
