Description
Upphandlingen avser en totalentreprenad för nybyggnation av cirka 55 bostadsrättslägenheter på fastigheten Gårdsten 123:4. Projektet omfattar två flerbostadshus med tillhörande mark- och grundläggningsarbeten. Bygglov har vunnit laga kraft.
