Description
La présente consultation a pour objet le nettoyage des parties communes et la sortie des containers d'immeubles et résidences appartenant à Deux-Sèvres Habitat . Le nombre de sites est de 32 au total, répartis sur les communes de Thouars, Bressuire, Cerizay, Niort Zone Gare et Saint-Maixent. La description des sites, leur localisation et les attentes du pouvoir adjudicateur sont décrites au sein du CCP et ses annexes. Le présent marché ne fait pas l'objet de reprise de personnel dans la mesure où les sites du présent marché étaient jusqu'alors gérés directement par Deux-Sèvres Habitat.
