Description
Hamar, Løten, Stange, Ringsaker, Elverum, Jevnaker, Lunner and Gran municipalities have entered into a framework agreement for the procurement of medicines and multi-dose with Apotek 1.The supplier is the total supplier of medicines and shall always be able to deliver all types of medicines that are available on the market to the municipalities cf. the regulations on pharmacy (pharmacy regulations) § 26 on the pharmacy's negotiation obligation.
