Description

Dublin City Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi Party Framework Agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for projects within Dublin City Council’s Administrative Area. The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for an Architectural Led Integrated Design Team for the Cromcastle Phase 2 Residential Mixed Tenure Development. It is anticipated that the projects within the framework scope may include projects with a varied construction value ranging from €25m to €500million.
