Description

Dublin City Council is establishing a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Public Lighting Miscellaneous Works. The framework will have a duration of 48 months and will be governed by the PW-CF6 Public Works Short Form of Contract. It is anticipated that a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 contractors will be appointed to the framework. Contracts will be awarded off the framework by means of mini-competitions among the appointed framework members. The award criteria for mini-competitions will be detailed in the tender documents issued at the time of each call-off. The initial contract under this framework will involve the delivery of public lighting works across Dublin City, including installation, maintenance, and associated civil and electrical works, in compliance with Dublin City Council standards and specifications.
