Description
La présente consultation est lancée selon la procédure avec négociation, en application de l'article R2124-3 3° du Code de la Commande Publique. La mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre relative à l'opération de regroupement des services centraux de la Direction Générale Adjointe des Solidarités dans l'ensemble immobilier du 158 & 160 avenue Bollée au Mans. La requalification de cet ensemble immobilier est l'objet de la présente mission qui comprend une restructuration avec amélioration du confort thermique et la création d'une extension en rez-de-chaussée. Cette consultation comprend une remise d'intentions architecturales pour les 3 candidats admis à présenter une offre. Suite à la remise d'une intention architecturale, les candidats qui ont remis des prestations conformes au règlement de la consultation et au programme recevront une prime qui ne pourra pas excéder pour chacun 5 000 euro(s) HT. La partie de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est estimée à 12 400 000 euro(s) HT
