Käesoleva hankelepingu esemeks on Microsoft’i tarkvaralitsentside, toodete ja teenuste kasutusõiguse ostmine. Kui Microsofti tootevalikusse lisandub hankelepingu kehtivuse ajal hankedokumentides nimetamata toode, siis on pakkuja kohustatud võimaldama ka selliste toodete ostmise, juhul kui toode on oma olemuselt hankelepingu objektiks.
