Description

The purpose of this procedure is to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement (MSFA) with the reopening of competition with a pool of agencies (referred to hereinafter as “selected contractors”) able to deliver media strategy, planning, buying, monitoring, and evaluation services for the promotional activities of ETC.
