Description

The purpose of this procedure is to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement (MSFA) with the reopening of competition with a pool of agencies able to deliver content development services for the consumer communication and promotional activities of ETC. Such services include strategy development, audiovisual content creation, visual identity and design, copywriting, translation, web development, and other related services.
