Description
Statens institutionsstyrelse avser upphandla tjänsten medarbetarundersökning med färdiga frågeformulär med god validitet och reliabilitet som går att besvara digitalt via ett webbaserat enkätformulär för samtliga anställda. I upphandlingens omfattning ingår en kontaktperson som ska hjälpa oss i arbetet före, under och efter undersökningen. SiS vill bl a kunna se ledarskapsindex och medarbetarindex, OSA-resultat, eNPS. Formuläret ska i normalfallet ta cirka 20 minuter att fylla i. Med hjälp av projektledaren ska det gå att utforma upp till 20 frågor som mäter faktorer relevanta till SiS specifika verksamhet (hot och våld, säkerhet, policierelaterade mål inom arbetsmiljö, ledarskap och medarbetarskap). Medarbetarundersökningen ska genomföras varje år, troligtvis under våren, under avtalsperioden. Enkätverktyget ska vara stabilt och ha kapacitet att hantera registreringen av SiS respondenter under en begränsad tidsperiod. minst Bakgrundsvariabler såsom till exempel kön, ålderskategorier, utbildningsnivå, anställningstid ska kunna ingå efter önskemål från Statens institutionsstyrelse.
