Description
Nav c/o the R&D section of the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration plans to procure new parallel framework agreements for research and development projects. We invite the market to provide input on some problems in the work of acquiring new framework agreements. See the attached document regarding points we would like input on and how to deliver the input. Deadline for input: 10 March (14:00)
