Description

Fredrikstad and Hvaler municipalities (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) shall procure a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The needs this procurement shall cover are accounts, budget, wages, invoices and personnel and wages close to HR. The contracting authority currently uses Visma Enterprise.The contracting authority requests modern, efficient and intuitive systems that cover the current needs and future development. The current system is primarily locally installed (on-premise). We would like modern, efficient, secure and user-friendly systems for the contracting authority ́s daily operations. We will consider a new ERP system as a core system that shall support the contracting authority ́s current and future core processes and digitalisation work. The aim of a market dialogue and meetings with suppliers is to get input on what the suppliers think it is important that we take into account in the procurement. As a part of this we would like feedback and input for both the technical system and the procurement process.
