Description
Fredrikstad municipality and the fire prevention department in Fredrikstad fire service are considering procuring a trade programme. The trade programme shall be used to administer the overview of special fire objects (cf. § 13 in the Fire Act), as well as keep track of other statutory assignments and must give us gains beyond what we have today. The primary assignment of the trade programme shall be to take care of the contracting authority ́s need for keeping an overview of the number of special fire objects, completed inspections, risk assessment of each object, having an overview of officers, easy-to-understand building information, etc. Statistics on completed activities shall easily be extracted from the trade programme. The trade programme shall be integrated with the case/archive system Elements.
