Description
La SAMOA assure la maîtrise d'ouvrage des espaces publics de la ZAC2 « sud-ouest », notamment l'aménagement du boulevard Benoni Goullin. Elle assure en outre la maîtrise d'ouvrage des réseaux indispensables au raccordement du futur CHU ainsi que les voiries et trottoirs nécessaires à son accessibilité, qui ouvrira ses portes sur l'Ile de Nantes en 2027. Les deux lots objets de la consultation visent à réaliser l'ensemble de ces travaux.
