Le marché est un marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre portant sur la conception et le suivi d'exécution, jusqu'à la fin de la Garantie de Parfait Achèvement, des espaces publics aux abords immédiats du nouveau CHU sur l'Ile de Nantes. Ces espaces publics, situés sur le périmètre du Quai Wilson et du boulevard Gustave Roch, font partie des espaces publics majeurs de l'Ile de Nantes. Ils représentent l'une des dernières continuités piétonnes à aménager pour finaliser le Tour de l'Ile de Nantes.
