Description
Les opérations de la Maison de l'innovation (en cours) qui développe 20 000 m² de surface de plancher de bureaux accompagné d'un projet d'agrandissement sur l'actuel bureau de poste (Viviani 2) qui s'accompagnera de la création de logements, de bureaux et de commerces à rez-de-chaussée impliquent l'objectif de réaménager les abords de ces deux opérations adressées sur le boulevard De Gaulle et la rue Viviani. Ces aménagements doivent permettre de répondre à plusieurs enjeux parmi lesquels la désimperméabilisation du site, la plantation d'arbres, la reconfiguration des tracés cyclables tout en travaillant dans un espace contraint et avec un enjeu d'économie de projet.
