La présente consultation a pour objet des travaux de réhabilitation de l'enveloppe des bâtiments D (32 logements) et E (32 logements) du quartier Mermoz Sud situés aux 9 à 23 rue Jules Froment à LYON 8ème. Elle concerne uniquement le macro-lot n° 2 - Travaux intérieurs. Le marché est décomposé en 2 lots. Le(s) délai(s) d'exécution est fixé dans le marché et ne peut en aucun cas être changé(s). À titre d'information, le démarrage prévisionnel du chantier est prévu pour : NOVEMBRE 2024. Délai global de l'opération concernant le lot 2 : 19 mois, période de préparation incluse (3 mois) à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage de la phase de préparation de chantier. Il sera attribué un marché à prix mixte révisable pour le lot 2 confié à une entreprise unique ou à un groupement. En cas de groupement d'entreprises, la forme de groupement imposée par GRANDLYON HABITAT pour la mise au point du marché sera celle du groupement solidaire
