Description
Cap Sciences poursuit chaque année une multitude d'activités à temporalité différente ce qui génère un besoin en personnel variable en fonction des mois concernés et aux compétences éclectiques. La principale activité de Cap Sciences réside dans l'accueil de son public sur ses expositions, ateliers... au H20 ou en itinérance. Toutes les activités de Cap Sciences sont animées par des médiateurs/animateurs socio-culturels recrutés en fonction de leur formation en lien avec la thématique traitée. Les équipes d'animateur évoluent avec l'installation d'une nouvelle exposition et fluctuent fortement en période de vacances scolaires. En période de montage ou démontage d'exposition, création ou rénovation d'exposition, les personnels mobilisés auront un profil technique aux compétences en menuiserie, électricité, peinture... Exceptionnellement Cap Sciences peut également avoir recours à du personnel intérimaire sur des compétences administratives. Le présent marché est lancé pour pallier les besoins en personnel lors d'accroissement d'activité ou remplacement que ce soit sur des compétences techniques, compétences d'animation ou d'accueil des publics, compétences administratives.
