Description
Cap Sciences dispose de 4 sites : le Hangar 20 quai Bacalan à Bordeaux (3000 m²), Côté Sciences à Floirac, Côté Sciences Air et Espace à Mérignac, Cap Archéo à Pessac. Cap Sciences recherche, pour assurer l'entretien des sites de Bordeaux et Pessac, des prestataires spécialisés dans le nettoyage de bâtiments recevant du public, que ce soit nettoyage général ou entretien des vitreries. L'ensemble des prestations attendu est détaillé dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières. Cap Sciences se doit d'être particulièrement vigilante au confort de visite de ses différents publics et porte donc une attention toute particulière à la qualité du nettoyage de ses locaux. Pour répondre à sa politique d'inclusion, Cap Sciences souhaite réserver ce marché aux opérateurs économiques qui emploient des travailleurs handicapés et défavorisés (ESAT, SIAE, ...). Le montant annuel maximum du marché pour les trois lots est estimé à 90.000€ HT hors prestations complémentaires.
