Description
L'objet de cet accord-cadre est de sélectionner un ensemble de prestataires qualifiés (ci-après dénommés "titulaires") pour accompagner Cap Sciences dans le pilotage et le suivi de ses projets d'expositions. Cet accompagnement couvre l'ensemble des activités liées à la conduite d'opération, depuis la définition des besoins jusqu'au parfait achèvement des travaux. Cet accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents permettra à Cap Sciences de solliciter, selon ses besoins et à travers des demandes spécifiques, les services de pilotage et de gestion de projets des titulaires sélectionnés, afin d'assurer une gestion optimale de ses projets d'exposition. Les prestations attendues incluront, de manière non exhaustive, le pilotage et la gestion de projet complexe et multi intervenants, l'ordonnancement et la planification, la gestion financière et administrative, le contrôle et le suivi des chantiers, ainsi que toute autre mission relative à la conduite de projets dans le respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité.
