Le maître d'oeuvre réalise les éléments de mission suivants, dont le contenu détaillé et les modalités d'exécution figurent au CCTP : - Études d'avant-projet sommaire (APS) ; - Études d'avant-projet définitif (APD) ; - Études de projet (PRO) ; - Assistance pour la passation des marchés de travaux (ACT) ; - Les études d'exécution intégrales (EXE) ; - Direction de l'exécution des marchés de travaux (DET) ; - Assistance aux opérations de réception (AOR). Dans le cadre d'une réhabilitation, les études de diagnostic approfondi sont confiées au maître d'oeuvre (DIAG). L'enveloppe budgétaire est de 1 579 000 euro(s) (voir sa description dans le programme technique). NB : les délais d'exécution de l'avis d'appel public à la concurrence sont à titre indicatif
