Le marché a pour objet la fourniture de viandes, de fruits et de légumes pour la cuisine centrale de la ville de Guéret. Le marché est décomposé en 4 lots : - Lot n°1 : Viande bovine et agneau ; - Lot n°2 : Porc frais ; - Lot n°3 : Volaille ; - Lot n°4 : Légumes et fruits. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses particulières. Le montant estimé est le montant estimé annuel. Le soumissionnaire doit fournir des échantillons dans les conditions posées à l'article 3§3 du règlement de consultation et dans le BPU relatif au lot candidaté
