Description

L'objectif de la présente concession est, dans la continuité du précédent contrat, de renouveler le parc de mobilier publicitaire sur la Ville de Guéret, ainsi que son exploitation, entretien et maintenance. La Ville de Guéret a pour souhait que ce mobilier urbain présente une homogénéité, une cohérence et une harmonie, afin de préserver la qualité architecturale et environnementale des lieux à laquelle la Ville de Guéret est attachée
