Description

La présente consultation porte sur une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réhabilitation de 120 logements - bâtiments Aubepines, Bleuets, Camélias et Dahlias - sis au n°02 à 36 boulevard Lescure à Bressuire. L'opération consiste en la réhabilitation de 4 bâtiments à usage d'habitation nommés respectivement Aubépines, Bleuets, Camélias et Dahlias. Ces bâtiments ont été construits au début des années 1960, et malgré des opérations de gros entretien et de rénovation, ils ne correspondent plus aux standards ni esthétique, ni technique, ni de qualité et nécessitent à ce titre une rénovation intérieure et extérieure importante. Le programme a donc pour objet la réhabilitation de l'enveloppe, des parties communes et l'amélioration de certains éléments à l'intérieur des logements. Les objectifs généraux du projet sont les suivants : - Moderniser les espaces communs et notamment les halls d'entrée pour améliorer le confort des locataires ; - Maitriser les consommations énergétiques afin de diminuer les charges, notamment énergétiques, des locataires ; - Moderniser l'aspect visuel des bâtiments pour donner un nouveau souffle au quartier.
