Description

Maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réhabilitation de 100 LOGEMENTS collectifs - bâtiments « Eglantines », « Fuchsias » et « Glycines » sis au n° 8-10-12 boulevard des Capucins, N° 2-4-6 allée d'Athènes et n° 1-3-5 rue de Rome a Thouars (79100). Les bâtiments ont la typologie suivantes: Eglantines : R+3 comprenant 3 T1bis, 9 T2, 9 T3, 16 T4 et 3 T5. Fuchsias: R+3 comprenant 3 T1bis, 6 T2, 7 T3 et 14 T4. Glycines: R+3 comprenant 3 T1bis, 6 T2, 6 T3, 12 T4 et 3 T5. Le programme a pour objet la réhabilitation de l'enveloppe, des parties communes et l'amélioration de certains éléments à l'intérieur des logements. Les travaux seront réalisés en logements occupés. L'enveloppe financière allouée aux travaux par le maître d'ouvrage est fixée à 4 000 000,00 Euros H.T. Le titulaire se verra confier une mission de base de maîtrise d'oeuvre privée en réhabilitation de bâtiment étendue à la totalité des études d'exécution (APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE totale, DET et AOR) ainsi que les missions complémentaires DIA et OPC.
