Description
Le marché a pour objet la maintenance préventive et corrective des portes, rideaux et barrières automatiques installés dans les bâtiments municipaux de la Ville et du CCAS de Levallois. Le marché est soumis aux dispositions du Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par « le Code ». Qualifié de marché de services, il est soumis aux dispositions du CCAG « FCS ». La présente procédure est une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles du Code. Il constitue un accord-cadre à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. Il sera attribué à un unique titulaire pour une durée maximale de quatre années, reconductions comprises. Le montant annuel est de 400 000 euro(s) H.T, dont 30 000 euro(s) H.T réservé au CCAS pour la maintenance corrective, sans montant minimum, à laquelle s'ajoute le prix global et forfaitaire de la maintenance préventive, tel que fixé dans l'offre du titulaire
