La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'Appel d'offres ouvert (Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique). Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire avec émission de bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum 260 000 euro(s) HT (durée globale) en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations concernent la Maintenance préventive et corrective des alarmes anti-intrusion - Vidéosurveillance et contrôle d'accès de bâtiments. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée globale de 48 mois à compter du 30/06/2024 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est ultérieure (24 mois fermes et 24 mois éventuels)
