Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la remise en concurrence du lot n°1 « Entretien et maintenance des équipements de sécurité incendie du patrimoine de Deux-Sèvres Habitat » dans le cadre de la maintenance de la sécurité incendie du patrimoine de Deux-Sèvres Habitat. Les descriptions des prestations attendues et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le CCTP et ses annexes ainsi qu'à la DPGF et au BPU. Lieu(x) d'exécution : Patrimoine de Deux-Sèvres Habitat sur le département des Deux-Sèvres. Le patrimoine est détaillé à la DPGF. Le contrat répond à deux objectifs : - La maintenance préventive conclue sous forme de marché ordinaire et rémunéré par un prix global et forfaitaire annuel ; - La maintenance corrective à la demande de Deux-Sèvres Habitat conclue sous forme d'accord cadre à bons de commande fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum avec un opérateur économique.
