Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la location, la pose, la dépose et le raccordement des illuminations de fin d'année. Les descriptifs des prestations prévues au marché sont indiqués dans le cahier des clauses particulières et au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU). L'accord-cadre avec minimum et maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. - Montant minimum par an : 100 000 € HT - Montant maximum par an : 150 000 € HT Le délai de validité des offres est fixé à 180 jours à compter de la date limite de réception des offres. Aucune variante n'est autorisée. Les candidats doivent présenter une offre entièrement conforme au DCE. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale allant du 01/11/2025 au 02/04/2026. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement à compter du 02/04/2026 jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, ne pourra dépasser le 01/04/2029.
