Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en place de marchés subséquents multi attributaires, afin de réaliser des aires de jeux et des sols amortissants coulés dans le périmètre communal. Les aires de jeux seront situées dans des cours d’écoles, places ou parcs. Les caractéristiques techniques principales du marché figurent au cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots : - 01 Création et/ou remplacement de jeux - 02 Création et/ou remplacement de sols amortissants coulés La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre multi-attributaire à marchés subséquents conformément aux articles L 2125-1 et R 2162-2 à R 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique : Chaque lot sera attribué à un maximum de : - 4 opérateurs économiques pour le lot n°01 (sous réserve d’un nombre suffisant d’offres) - 3 opérateurs économiques pour le lot n°02 (sous réserve d’un nombre suffisant d’offres) L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter du 02 m…
