Description
La présente consultation a pour objet l'entretien des espaces verts et des espaces naturels de la Commune de Vandœuvre-Lès-Nancy. La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réparties en 6 lots : - Lot n°01 "Entretien des Espaces Verts des Groupes Scolaires" ; Montant maximum : 25 000 € HT/AN - Lot n°02 "Tonte sur pelouses communales" ; Montant maximum : 42 000 € HT/AN - Lot n°03 "Entretien des sentiers des coteaux" ; Montant maximum : 12 000 € HT/AN - Lot n°04 "Débroussaillage de parcelles communales" ; Montant maximum : 7 000 € HT/AN - Lot n°05 "Élagage et coupe d'Arbres dans les coteaux" ; Montant maximum : 5 000 € HT/AN - Lot n°06 "Nettoyage de parcelles communales" ; Montant maximum : 7 000 e HT/AN L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter du 02/05/2025.
