Ledarskap i universitetsvärlden är en balansakt mellan traditionella akademiska värden och ett behov av utvecklat och moget ledarskap. Med en välkomnande kultur som genomsyras av mod, närhet och tillit skapar vi utveckling och innovation. Organisationers kultur och värderingar blir allt viktigare för att rekrytera och behålla nya medarbetare och studenter från hela världen, men också för att klara av en allt snabbare utveckling, tuffare konkurrens och ökade krav på innovation. Mot denna bakgrund behöver LTU därför upphandla ett ramavtal med leverantörer som kan hjälpa oss att tillvara ta detta och utveckla chefer och medarbetare för att kunna bedriva en hållbar verksamhet som är under ständig utveckling.
