Description
Denna upphandling avser inköp av ett bemanningssystem (HR) som molntjänst (SaaS) med tillhörande införande, migrering av befintlig data, integrationsanpassningar, uppgraderingar, support och utbildning under avtalstiden. Upphandlingen avser ett bemanningssystem (HR) för planering och uppföljning av bemanning av egen personal, konsulter och arvodister vid Luleå tekniska universitet i enlighet med krav och villkor i upphandlingsdokumenten. Systemet ska kunna hantera bemanningsplanering för hela universitetet, inklusive samtliga institutioner och relevanta stödfunktioner, och dimensioneras för att kunna användas av minst 200 samtidiga användare utan märkbar inverkan på svarstider. Systemet ska stödja planering och uppföljning av bemanning i timmar och kronor, koppling till aktiviteter och projekt, hantering av frånvaro, tjänstgöringsgrader och flera anställningar, samt framtagande av rapporter på individ-, grupp- och institutionsnivå. Systemet ska kunna integreras med universitetets ekonomi-, personal- och utbildningsadministrativa system enligt specificerade IT- och integrationskrav.
