Description
Denna upphandling avser ett avtal för kundundersökningar. Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter AB (Kfast) arbetar kontinuerligt med att utveckla sin verksamhet, där resultaten från genomförda kundundersökningar utgör en central grund för beslut om förändringar och förbättringar – både på företagsövergripande nivå och inom specifika bostadsområden. Den upphandlade tjänsten ska därför omfatta hela processen, från planering och datainsamling till analys av undersökningsresultaten.
