Description
Käesoleva raamlepingu esemeks on Tartu Ülikooli struktuuriüksustele Tartus, Tallinnas, Pärnus, Viljandis ja Narvas kontoritarvete (v.a arvutid, sülearvutid ja arvuti lisaseadmed, printerid, kombainid, koopiamasinad, esitlustehnika ja büroomööbel) ostmine. Raamleping sõlmitakse 2 (kahe) majanduslikult soodsaima pakkumuse esitanud pakkujaga vastavalt raamlepingu kavandis sätestatud tingimustele. Raamlepingu eeldatav maksumus on 1 000 000 eurot (käibemaksuta) ja raamlepingu maksimaalne maksumus on 1 100 000 eurot (käibemaksuta). Hanketeates märgitud raamlepingu sõlmimise algusaeg on eelduslik ja pole õiguslikult siduv.
