Description
Upphandlingen avser förmedling av konsulttjänster. Det innebär att förmedlande leverantör ska som minst uppfylla följande krav: Ska förhålla sig till egna intressen (utan intressekonflikter) kopplat till de konsultmäklartjänster som efterfrågas i denna upphandling. Ska inte företräda en utpekad grupp av leverantörer i form av till exempel en gemensam försäljningsorganisation då detta kan begränsa konsultutbudet för Beställaren. Krav på oberoende innebär att det procentuella prispåslaget, samt de eventuella andra ersättningar som framgår av detta underlag ska vara den enda ersättning som anbudsgivaren erhåller för förmedling av konsulttjänster inom ramen för ramavtal. Det får således inte förekomma någon som helst partnerersättning, några administrativa ersättningar eller så kallad kickbacks.
